The last supper
Just had Relish for dinner. It's a cosy restaurant that serves western food, mainly hamburgers! Their Wild rocket burger is the best I've tried there so far, the rest are alright but not outstanding. Be warned, their burgers are huge and they're accompanied by generous portions of fries. So small eaters, you might probably want to share with a friend. As for the dieters, not to worry as they serve rabbit food too. I had their chicken salad once, it's good stuff! After dinner we headed downstairs to Island Creamery. Their ice cream is FULLY AWESOME =D I had apple pie ice cream, which was of course was really good needless to say. Today was my last day of indulgence before starting my long and arduous journey of dieting tomorrow. Why is it so easy to gain weight and so bloody difficult to get rid of it. I've got all this flab on my body that refuses to budge no matter how much I scream at it. I'd gladly donate all my fats to those African children. I love food and I hate dieting. Some people eat to live but no not me, I live to eat.

First
Friday was a FULLY AWESOME day! Jiajia and I left school after the first break because..(drumroll please)..it was our first monthsary! Hahaha. So yeah we headed to Vivo and had a mini movie marathon, two movies in a row! We watched Quarantined first and Wild child after. Wild child was definitely better than Quarantined. It had a lot more entertainment value whereas Quarantined didn't even have a proper conclusion to the movie. At least that's how I felt. Wild child gets 4 popcorns and Quarantined gets 2 popcorns. After the movie we headed up to Mount Faber, or to be more precise, Henderson wave! A word of caution to those planning on going there too, it's a bloody long walk to Henderson wave. But if you've got good company and you don't mind a little perspiration, you should be fine. Anyway, it's worth the walk in my opinion. The view was great especially when the sun was setting. So boys you know what to do, bring your girlfriend there! It'll probably be a good idea to bring food up though. I started getting hungry at about 8 plus so we had to head down. If it wasn't for the hunger pangs I could have stayed there for a lot longer. I have a thing for high places. It's very calming and soothing. I like sitting there, enjoying the view and feeling the wind in my hair. And oh having my darling with me was a big bonus. Thank you for the FULLY AWESOME day Jiajia <3

Fully awesome
Absolute Fencing club post-A levels-and-Taipei Open outing today! As you can probably see from the title of this post, it was FULLY AWESOME! Seriously. It was like real life CS or COD. Hahaha, I really felt like I was in war! The adrenalin rush was great, I could still feel it long after I shot my last bullet. We had 11 people so it was 6 vs 5. My team was Wujie, Wenying, Yuanzi, Vicky, Yuankiang and me against Yanlong, Ryan, Caobo, Zhenggang and Wanqi. Wanqi was super cute. Before we started playing she was like DON'T SHOOT MY SHOES. Hahaha and everyone was like okay LET'S ALL AIM FOR HER SHOES. When we got into the field, my team's side of the field was super muddy! We waited at our base until we heard the siren to signal the start of the game. When the siren went off, everyone sprinted out. I was sliding all over the place because of the stupid mud. As I was running for cover, I could feel and hear the paintballs whizzing past me. It was really freaky and it just made me run even faster, hha. I must say I'm pretty proud of myself though. The goal of the game was to shoot down the targets on the barrels in the enemy's base and get your ammo box back to your base. I managed to shoot down 3 or 4 targets I think. I think I'd make a pretty fit soldier, I can protect all my loved ones =D Hahaha. Some people were really funny though. Yanlong for example kept chionging to the front and getting shot. I think he died at least like 20 times, he was forever running to and fro from the medic hut. Yuanzi was super retarded too, he was the sniper for our team and you know what he did? He put only his gun over the edge and sprayed. Tell me how is he supposed to hit anything if he doesn't look over the edge? Hahaha. And when we came back from one of the rounds, his gun was like almost full. The rest of the team was like wtffff you saving your bullets for? You think can bring home ah? Hahaha. Wanqi's a lucky bugger, she played sniper position throughout all 5 rounds and she didn't get hit a single time! I have like at least 12 bruises at last count! D: They may sound harmless but they're bloody painful. Every time I got hit, I'd be like OUCH! But all in all, it was a FULLY AWESOME experience. I definitely want to do it again. We're already planning another trip next year when they open their new field at turf city. Okay pictures will be up when I find the time to upload them to facebook. I am extremely exhausted from all the running and squatting and screaming and the incredible adrenalin rush. Bed time for me. Goodnight y'all.

One shot and you took me down
The last few days went by really quickly, which was expected. It's already the last night of the trip! D: Which means we're heading back to Singapore tomorrow, which means byebye Taipei, end of holiday. Sigh. On the brighter side of things though, it'll mean that I'll be together with my pingpong boy again. So yay for that. I'm really going to miss everything when we leave, like spending all my time with my friends, the shopping, the AWESOME FOOD(which is why I now have a sore throat D:), the minute maid orange juice, the raping yanyu routine, dancing in the room like idiots and lots of other shit that we did and I can't remember now. Hha. As for the competition, I guess I more or less met my target, got into top 32 for individuals. I think I could have done better, I screwed up my poules cause I was so bloody nervous. Gah, things could have been a lot better. I fenced better in the team event though, my team got into top 16. Once we get back to Singapore it'll be back to hardcore training for SEAFC. The pressure's on for us to bring back results, ugh. Okay seeing as this is our last night, I should stop being anti-social and go hang out with the rest. Goodnight my darlings, I'll be back on Singaporean soil before you know it.

Kill me in a record shop now
Greetings from not-so-cold Taipei! Yes I've arrived safe and sound, so y'all can stop worrying now. The flight was alright but not fantastic either. Okay honestly? It sucked, hha. I am a spoilt brat, I like SQ! Jet star is horrible, the seats are so small and uncomfortable and the plane was so freaking shaky. It felt as though the plane was going to fall apart anytime, seriously. I was like gripping the armrests in terror during takeoff and landing, hahaha. The weather's alright, not as cold as expected. Met up with the rest of the team at the hotel for dinner. First meal was uneventful, not that great though. The street food's GOOD! Hha I should just have that for dinner everyday. We were in the boys' room just now and guess what WEIJUN IS READING TWILIGHT! Hahaha. Also we discovered Matt Lam read it too. Matt Lam says he is inspired, he wants to be like Edward and run through the forest with a girl on his back. I literally doubled up with laughter after I heard that. So boys, you know what to do. Get a copy of Twilight and you'll find the way to a girl's heart. I can hear music blasting from Ann's earpieces. Not that I'm complaining! I'm fine with it, really. HAHAHA, srry inside joke. She is going to go deaf one day I think. Ah I should head off to bed now, gotta fence tmr! Or rather, later. Me is extremely nervous, wish me luck eh? I'm gonna need it, hha. If you have any presents request, just leave a note on the tagboard and I'll see what I can do. I sound like Santa, hha. I look like a butch now in Jiajia's clothes! I should take a picture. Okay I'm getting really random, probably means I'm too tired and I really should get to bed. Goodnight my lovelies! (:

Got nothing against you and surely I'll miss you
The first three days of this week was absolutely HORRIBLE. I was moody and cranky and being a total bitch. Stupid PMS D: Just for the record, I do not blame everything on PMS. But anyway, I'm glad it's over and done with. My boyfriend was really sweet though. He bought me old school biscuits to cheer me up! Plus they were my favourites =D Cept my classmates gobbled about half of the packet up. Hha ohwell, they're such PIGS! Anyway thanks for being so understanding and patient Jiajia (:
Met up with Kevin after school on Thursday for dinner and to catch up. It's been AGES since we last hung out, tsk. We went to Fish & Co at AMK Hub for dinner! Awesome food, seriously. We tried their new shellfish platter which was really yummy. Cept Kevin that moron didn't tell me he was allergic to shellfish till we were like halfway through the meal. I was like WTF, are you going to faint or something? Cause I don't think I can carry you to the car and drive you to the hospital. I'd probably end up in the emergency room with you. Hahaha. But anyway, I hope you're feeling better now big bro, NO MORE SHELLFISH FOR YOU! I had computing today in school and we were doing VB. It was AWFUL. I didn't understand a single thing that was going on soooo Jiajia and I decided to leave early. Hha this is really bad. This is like the second time I left school early this week. I'm sort of like in the holiday mood already cause I keep thinking of Taipei Open, hha. Anyway, we went to town for lunch and a movie. We had NYDC for lunch, more good food! =D After lunch we watched Madagascar 2, it's good show. Go watch it! Had training after show so he sent me to Clementi. Thank you for today darling, me loves you many many <3 I just got back from dinner with Zhen Jie, actually it's more like supper. We had prata at The Roti Prata House! Good good prata, really. Hha damn I've been stuffing my face so much recently. To hell with my stupid diet. I love food and I live to eat. Was really great to see Zhen Jie after so long. I think we haven't met up in about a month cause of his stupid A's! I'm glad they're going to be over soon though. Hha, good luck and work hard for your last paper Mr. Im! Phew, finally through blogging about my week. Crap I just realised I've not done my RJ. I guess I should get started on it before I fall asleep at the computer. Goodnight y'all! Much love (: Mood: Extremely exhausted Agenda: Dental ):, Avenue Q! Music: Afterlife - Avenged Sevenfold Shout out: HAPPY BIRTHDAY CRYSTAL MY LOVE! =D

The pursuit of happiness
I was reading through my older posts and I found one about things that make me happy. Now seeing as making me happy is something that should be of extreme importance to all of you, I should have an update on it. And so ta-dah! Presenting..
Nic's UPDATED list of things that make her happy(in short, Nic's happy pills) HAPPY PILL NUMBER ONE My boyfriend, codename ping pong boy! The one person who never fails to put a smile on my face whenever I think of him. Note, I smile when I think of him so when he's around me I totally start BEAMING. I realise I probably look quite moronic but it's a natural reaction that is inevitable whenever my pingpong boy is around. So yes if you ever need an instant way to perk Nic up, pingpong boy would be the best option. HAPPY PILL NUMBER TWO My lovely, gorgeous and incredibly awesome friends! People who I totally love spending time with, tell me how can they not cheer me up? I know I can count on them to be here for me should I ever need them. Alright so we may be a little whack at times and do completely retarded things but really, people like them make life more bearable and worth living. HAPPY PILL NUMBER THREE Fencing! My full time occupation, hha. And no FYI, I don't build fences for a living. I'm a fencer(for the ignorant losers who don't know what fencing is, it's an Olympic sport that is also included in the modern Penthalon). Whenever I'm down, training usually helps. My mind pretty much clears itself during training. Plus fencing is my passion, I intend to fence till my legs can support me no more. I never really had the fire for it till last year when I started training competitively with encouragement by Wujie(I owe him so much!). Sad to say, yes I have to turn down dates with my friends on a regular basis due to trainings. I usually train a minimum of 4 times a week. Clementi sports hall is like my second home, hha. HAPPY PILL NUMBER 4 When all else fails, there will always be HAPPY FOOD! Yes I know I'm such a pig, but food definitely cheers me up. Hha. I can happily list a few examples. - Happy cake from Cedele(Which is really called Meringue Pie. I love banana, mango and strawberry) - Ice cream - Cake(I love Rive Gauche's chocolate cake! I think it's called Gunala or something equally weird sounding. - Chocolates(Kinder Bueno, Ritter Sport, Toblerone, Clodhoppers, Coco trees) - Old school biscuits(The alphabet ones and the gems) - Gummies(I love Yupi) - Jelly beans - Waffles(From W4 and the Old airport road food centre) Okay I can't really think of anymore at the moment but food generally makes me happy. As you can probably tell after reading the examples above, I have a sweet tooth! HAPPY PILL NUMBER FIVE Overseas trips! I love going overseas and seeing the world, be it with my friends or family. Well duh it'd definitely be more fun if it was with my friends. I'm really glad that I get to travel quite a bit each year for overseas competitions and training camps. I love the temporary freedom and that awesome carefree feeling. One day I'm gonna travel around the world, like when I become a multi-billionaire. HAHAHA. Okay I think that's sort of it, for now. My very detailed list of happy pills is incomplete. I'll edit this post again when more stuff pops into my head. For now it's Gossip girl for me! Mood: Tired, missing pingpong boy Agenda: Gossip girl, sleep Music: Fall to pieces - Avril Lavigne

Can we get this back to how it used to be
Hello world, I've finally revived my blogspot! I got too annoyed with Xanga with the stupid limited skins, no tagboard and music. So my blogspot is back from the dead, spread the news. Hha not that much people read anyway but whatever. Blogging makes me feel productive, helps me to hone my writing skills. Watched Quantum of Solace last night, it was good. Maybe cause of the company too, hehe. Had new york new york for dinner, good food i like! =D Rah it's math today so I think I'm totally not going to pay attention. Waste of brain space seriously, hha. MATH YOU CAN GO FOND! Hha.
